Motherhood Support

1:1 Sessions to nurture the becoming & the after

These one-on-one sessions are created to help support you through the phases of motherhood. From the anticipation of pregnancy to the raw beauty and challenge of postpartum. ​

In each session, we focus on what you need in the moment - emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. This is a soft space for you to be seen without judgement and to receive healing, guidance, and encouragement.

Work with me

​Each session may include:

  • Energy healing to support emotional clearing and nervous system regulation

  • Grounding practices and guided breath to reconnect you with your body

  • Intuitive listening + reflection so you can process what's arising without pressure

  • Connection with your baby to deepen your bond in pregnancy or early postpartum

  • Yoga and meditation

  • Birth affirmations to help navigate fear

  • Gentle touch therapy and massage to help be at ease

  • Recommending alternative methods based on your situation such as steaming herbs, flowing dance, pregnancy and postpartum tools, art and painting, journaling, ways to be in nature etc.

Session Details:

  • 60 - 120 minutes (Call or In person)

  • Follow up reflection or self care suggestions sent afterwards

  • Voice note check in after session​​​​
