About Lakshmi

I grew up in a spiritual, yoga-centered ashram near Washington DC. I observed meditation practices, breath work, yoga asanas, prayers, and many people seeking inner freedom, happiness, and a higher power.

When I was working as an end-of-life caregiver for the elderly, I experienced an opening in my meditation. I was able to see aura and tap into my own abilities of working with energy and recognize the true essence of others. I started to understand how to incorporate my sensitivity and gifts into holding space for people.

​

I then went to India and lived in an ashram to revisit my spiritual upbringing, but also tie in my abilities to offer energy healing and soul readings. I continued to build off of my skills when returning to America and began teaching yoga, meditation, and offering sessions.

And as life continues, I was guided to come to the Czech Republic where I gave birth to my beautiful daughter, and I am now growing deeper roots in my home here as a mother, healer, and evolving human. As I am present in this moment of my life, I feel how all of these experiences build off of one another to offer something valuable to others as I have recognized and offered to myself.
